While Slingshots are intuitive to drive with automobile-style controls, they handle differently than a traditional car due to their three-wheel design and low center of gravity. They perform best on paved roads and are not designed for off-road use. Our staff will provide a brief orientation before your rental to ensure you feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel.
Daily rentals include 100 miles per day, with additional miles charged at $0.50 per mile. We offer unlimited mileage packages for multi-day rentals at an additional rate. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for safety and mileage calculation.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled rental time qualify for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 25% fee. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. Rescheduling is free of charge with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons (summer months and holidays). Weekend reservations typically fill up quickly. For last-minute availability, give us a call directly as cancellations sometimes occur.
All rentals include a full tank of fuel, comprehensive insurance coverage, complimentary safety equipment, and a brief orientation to get you comfortable with the vehicle. We also provide a map of recommended scenic routes of the Houston area to enhance your experience.
